I want to get into shape too!
Today Jonah and I were discussing joining a local fitness club and I commented that it would be nice to get back into shape again. Will, who was sitting in my lap, looks up at me and says Mommy I want to get into shape too! "Oh, Yeah?" I say. "Yeah, I want to be a square!" He replies. All I could do is laugh!

Mother's Day
We had a lovely Mother's Day this year. K & D came to church with us, which is always a fun treat for the boys because I don't tell them they are coming so it is a surprise for them when Grandma and Grandpa show up at their classrooms to pick them up. Then we came back to our house for Jonah's special homemade pizza- which is always delicious. For dessert K brought Rhubarb crunch, a family favorite. I was able to get this cute photo with the boys and grandma.
And I did manage to get this one of me and Will. He wasn't too happy to sit in my lap and take a photo and refused to do anymore after just one. I have to tell you this really upset me because I was not able to get a photo with both of my boys with me. Later I when I downloaded this one I was very pleased. I will have to try later to get one with Jake! But I thought that you might like to see one with me in it!
Bunny Watching
This morning I went upstairs to get the boys up and I discovered Will looking out the front window. He excitedly came over to me saying, "Mommy, mommy come and look!" now whispering, "there is a bunny outside in the yard!" Apparently he had been looking out for a while. I went to grab my camera to see if I could get a shot of this bunny. I got a couple shots and then tried to get a bit closer but the bunny hopped (or popped as Will would say) away so quickly I couldn't get anymore shots. There are three bunny currently living in our "forest" outcropping of trees. We are always trying to get a glimpse of them.
As soon as Jake got up Will pointed out the spot where he had seen the bunny a few minutes earlier. So they spent a few minutes trying to find the bunny again.
