Me and my boys

Jonah took these pictures and I absolutely loved them. I know they are not the perfect posed pictures I wanted when I asked him to take them, but I love them just the same. This is usually what my day looks like (except with my hair up and not in nice clothes :) Will is crying because he wants to go and play in the yard instead of taking pictures but he can't because we are getting ready to go to church and the yard is muddy. Jake won't look at the camera because then the sun would be in his eyes and he hates that. I love these pictures because there are not many pictures with me and my boys and I love it because it captures a little moment out of real life.

Chokeet

Today I gave Will some Chocolate pudding with his lunch. I don't normally give him such sweet things with lunch but I thought he may enjoy it today. As you can see he did! When he saw the pudding he immediatly said "chokeet?" , which means chocolate. And then when he was eating it he kept saying "MMM goo" (this is MMM good with the "d" left off) He had a good time eating the pudding and when I got the camera he said "cheese" and gave me the big smiles.

2 Cute Boys

Sorry it has been a while since I posted. Not a whole lot has been going on. It has been hot (in the 90's) I guess I have been spoiled by the mild climate here when it gets over 90 I get cranky. I am also allergic to something that is growing now, so I have been sneezing, blowing my nose and itching my eyes like crazy. It is in these moment that I remember how much I LOVE Fall!!!!
Will and Jake are both doing well. Will is starting to string a few words together. A couple of days ago I got him up and asked if he was hungry for breakfast and he says "Peanut, hungry, too?" I had to laugh he always wants to feed Peanut and is constantly getting in trouble for throwing food on the floor to feed Peanut. I have been spelling his name with him so when I ask him how do you spell you name? He says double, and I say "I" and he says "L". I try to get him to say the second L but he seems to think he doesn't need to say it since he already has said one.
Jake is crawling, sitting, and pulling up well now. He is happy much of the time unless he want to be held and then he does a sad, sad cry until someone, usually me, picks him up and holds him. I guess I am the sucker but that's OK I really love to hold him :)

We've Got A Climber!

I was downstairs in the basement with Jake this afternoon. I was checking my e-mail and Jake was supposed to be playing. However he was awfully quiet, and I have learned that this is not usually a good thing so I went to check on him. He had climbed the first stair and was getting ready to climb the second. So of course I had to go and grab my camera to document this event. He was actually able to climb all the way to the top. I didn't keep clicking pictures, though, because I was on the step below him to make sure he didn't fall. I didn't think he was quite at this stage yet. Guess I was wrong :)
